LearnKit Privacy Policy
LearnKit is a study app published by Meriç Değirmencioğlu ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who processes it. Contact: meric1357@icloud.com.
Content you add
When you add a source (a file, photo, camera picture, voice recording or a link) and ask for a summary, visual summary, flashcards, quiz or questions, the source is processed to create that study material:
- Files, photos and recordings are uploaded from your device directly to Google's servers through the Google Gemini API. Google deletes these uploaded files automatically after 48 hours. Word and EPUB documents are first converted to plain text on our server and then sent the same way.
- Links are sent to our server (geospys.com), which opens the page and passes its text, or the video address, to the Google Gemini API.
- Google Gemini generates the study material and returns it to our server, which delivers it to your device. Google processes this content as our service provider under the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Gemini API Additional Terms. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Our server keeps a job record (the link or the uploaded file reference, your chosen settings, the generated result and the time) so it can deliver the result and limit abuse. The free plan's daily limits are counted from these records. Job records are kept until you ask us to delete them, which you can do at any time by email or from Settings > Delete my data in the app. Your library (sources and results) is stored on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
Do not add content you do not have the right to use, or sensitive personal information about others.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. We use Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.) to check whether your subscription is active. Adapty receives a random profile identifier, your purchase and subscription status and basic device information. We do not receive your payment details. Adapty privacy policy: adapty.io/privacy.
Identifiers and diagnostics
- A random install identifier created on your device, and the Adapty profile identifier, are sent with each request so our server can return your results to you and enforce fair-use limits.
- Your IP address is used to protect the service from abuse. We store only a salted one-way hash of it, never the address itself.
- If a request fails, the app may send a diagnostic report (app version, device model, iOS version, which step failed and an error code). Diagnostic reports never contain your sources, links, file names or generated content.
What we do not do
No account is required. We do not show ads, do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and do not sell your data.
Children
LearnKit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, or deletion of, data linked to your install or profile identifier by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

We will update this page if the app's data handling changes. The date above shows the latest version.

Eklediğiniz içerik

- Dosyalar, fotoğraflar ve kayıtlar cihazınızdan doğrudan Google Gemini API aracılığıyla Google sunucularına yüklenir. Google yüklenen bu dosyaları 48 saat sonra otomatik olarak siler. Word ve EPUB belgeleri önce sunucumuzda düz metne dönüştürülür, sonra aynı yolla gönderilir.
- Bağlantılar sunucumuza (geospys.com) gönderilir; sunucumuz sayfayı açar ve metnini ya da video adresini Google Gemini API'ye iletir.

Sunucumuz, sonucu size ulaştırmak ve kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için bir iş kaydı tutar (bağlantı veya yüklenen dosyanın referansı, seçtiğiniz ayarlar, üretilen sonuç ve zaman). Ücretsiz planın günlük sınırları bu kayıtlardan sayılır. İş kayıtları, silinmesini talep edene kadar saklanır; bunu istediğiniz zaman e-postayla veya uygulamada Ayarlar > Verilerimi sil bölümünden yapabilirsiniz. Kitaplığınız (kaynaklar ve sonuçlar) cihazınızda saklanır ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.
Kullanma hakkınız olmayan içerikleri veya başkalarına ait hassas kişisel bilgileri eklemeyin.
Abonelikler
Satın almalar Apple tarafından yürütülür. Aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için Adapty'yi (Adapty Tech Inc.) kullanırız. Adapty rastgele bir profil kimliği, satın alma ve abonelik durumunuz ile temel cihaz bilgilerini alır. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Adapty gizlilik politikası: adapty.io/privacy.
Kimlikler ve tanılama
- Cihazınızda oluşturulan rastgele bir kurulum kimliği ve Adapty profil kimliği, sonuçlarınızı size döndürebilmemiz ve adil kullanım sınırlarını uygulayabilmemiz için her istekle gönderilir.
- IP adresiniz hizmeti kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için kullanılır. Adresin kendisini değil, yalnızca tuzlanmış tek yönlü özetini saklarız.
- Bir istek başarısız olursa uygulama bir tanılama raporu gönderebilir (uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü, hangi adımın başarısız olduğu ve hata kodu). Tanılama raporları kaynaklarınızı, bağlantılarınızı, dosya adlarınızı veya üretilen içeriği asla içermez.
Yapmadıklarımız
Hesap gerekmez. Reklam göstermeyiz, sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve web sitelerinde izlemeyiz ve verilerinizi satmayız.
Çocuklar
LearnKit 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verilerini toplamayız.
Haklarınız
Kurulum veya profil kimliğinizle ilişkili verilere erişim ya da bunların silinmesini bize e-posta göndererek talep edebilirsiniz. Bulunduğunuz yere göre (örneğin KVKK veya GDPR kapsamında) veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet hakkı dahil başka haklarınız da olabilir.
