Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Medical AI iOS application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the developer of Medical AI.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Medical AI operates on a freemium model. Initial free queries are provided to test the application. After exhausting the free limit, continued access requires an active, auto-renewable subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use and Patient Privacy

You agree to use Medical AI in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You must not enter, upload, or process any Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of real patients into the App.
• The App processes queries via external AI providers (such as Google API). You acknowledge that inputting confidential patient data violates these terms and applicable privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information provided by the AI is mathematically accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Medical knowledge is constantly evolving; therefore, you must independently verify the citations and references provided by the App. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Medical AI, its developers, affiliates, or third-party providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to medical malpractice claims, misdiagnosis, or patient injury, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to its underlying software, design, text, and AI processing methodology) are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following any changes means that you accept and agree to the revised Terms.
