Milvo turns your own social media account into a clear picture: who unfollowed you, who does not follow you back, which followers never engage, who views your profile, plus engagement and growth charts. Everything is calculated and kept on your device.

On your iPhone. Milvo keeps your follower snapshots, comparisons and charts in the app's local storage on the device itself. There is no Milvo account, no cloud profile and no server-side copy of your follower lists.
Because the data lives only on your device, it is also the reason Milvo cannot recover your earlier snapshots if you delete the app.
Yes. Milvo only reads the information that your own connected account already shows you, and it reads it from your device using your own session. Your login details are never sent to us and are never stored on a server we control.
Milvo is a read-only analytics tool: it does not post, comment, follow, unfollow, send messages or change anything in your connected account. We also recommend keeping two-factor authentication enabled on your social media account.
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple, not by Milvo, so cancelling is done in your Apple Account settings:
A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. To avoid being billed again, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancelling, your premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open Milvo, go to Settings and choose Reset / Delete All Data. This erases every snapshot, comparison and chart stored on your device and cannot be undone.
Deleting the Milvo app from your iPhone removes its local storage as well, so all analytics data disappears with it. If you want written confirmation, or you have a question about a specific piece of data, email meric1357@icloud.com and we will answer within 48 hours.
Milvo compares snapshots. The very first sync only creates a baseline, so lists such as unfollowers or non-followers can stay empty until a second sync gives Milvo something to compare against.
Large accounts are also loaded in batches, and the connected platform limits how fast data may be requested. When that limit is reached Milvo waits and continues later instead of failing, which is why a big account can take several minutes or finish in the background. Pull down on the main screen to refresh, and keep the app open while a first full sync is running.
If you set up Milvo again, switched to a new iPhone or lost premium access, open Milvo, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used when you subscribed.
Restoring does not charge you again. If premium is still locked afterwards, email us the Apple Account email address used for the purchase and we will look into it.
First tap Restore Purchases in Milvo's settings, then close and reopen the app. Purchases are tied to an Apple Account, so a family member's account or a second Apple Account is the most common cause.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Milvo. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the same Apple Account. We are happy to help you prepare the request.
You need a connection to sync fresh data from your connected account. Once a sync is finished, the saved reports, lists and charts can be opened offline because they are already on your device.
