Privacy Policy

1No Account, No Personal Data

SemRelux does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or location. We do not collect, store, or process personal data on our own servers — we don't operate any backend for user data.

2On-Device Storage

All app preferences — such as your favorite frequencies, playback settings, sleep timer choices, and unlock status — are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device through us and is removed when you delete the app or use the in-app data deletion option.

3Purchases

All purchases (subscriptions and one-time unlocks) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4Subscription Analytics (Adapty)

To validate purchases and manage subscription status, the app uses Adapty, a subscription infrastructure service. Adapty processes device identifiers and App Store receipt data solely for receipt validation and subscription analytics. This does not include your name, email, or any content you interact with in the app.

5Advertising Measurement (Meta)

To understand whether our own advertising campaigns work, SemRelux includes the Meta (Facebook) SDK. It reports app-install and app-open events to Meta Platforms so installs can be attributed to our ads. For this purpose Meta processes device identifiers and these basic app events — never your listening content, preferences, or anything you do inside the app.

Cross-app tracking happens only with your permission. On iOS, the app asks for consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used. If you decline, the identifier is not collected and campaign results are measured only through Apple's privacy-preserving, aggregate SKAdNetwork framework — nothing is linked to you or your device. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6No In-App Ads, No Selling of Data

• We do not sell, rent, or trade any data.
• We do not show advertisements inside the app.
• Beyond the ad-campaign measurement described in Section 5, we do not track you and use no other advertising or marketing SDKs.

7Data Deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control:

• Use the "Delete my data" option inside the app to erase all locally stored preferences and unlock records; or
• Simply delete the app — this removes all on-device data.

8Children's Privacy

SemRelux is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
