1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Umax, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Umax is a face analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to provide facial feature ratings, beauty scores, and personalized improvement suggestions. The App provides:

• AI-powered facial analysis and scoring
• Personalized looksmaxxing recommendations
• Celebrity face matching
• Ancestry estimation
• Hairstyle suggestions
• AI coaching features

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Scores and ratings are subjective estimates and should not be considered definitive assessments of appearance.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Umax offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed via Apple's App Store. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Content

Photos you submit for analysis are processed by our AI service to generate results. We do not permanently store your photos on our servers. Photos are transmitted securely, processed, and discarded. Locally saved analysis results are stored only on your device.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, bully, or discriminate against others
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Umax and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Umax and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
