Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wayk ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Wayk mobile application (the "App"). By using Wayk you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

a. Information stored on your device

This data is saved locally via SwiftData and UserDefaults. It is not uploaded to our servers.

b. Information processed transiently

c. Analytics and diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Mixpanel to understand how the App is used and to fix crashes. These tools collect: anonymous device identifiers, app version, device model, iOS version, screen views, and crash traces. They do not collect your alarms, photos, or camera frames.

d. Purchase data

Subscription state is handled by Adapty and Apple. We receive a pseudonymous Adapty profile ID and entitlement status. We never see your payment details.

e. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we receive a pseudonymous push token via Firebase Cloud Messaging so that alarms and reminders can be delivered.

Wayk is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the App, email meric1357@icloud.com and we will delete the associated records.

7. Security

Data in transit uses TLS. Local data lives in the App sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.

8. International users

Analytics providers may process data in the United States. By using the App you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the App. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
