How do subscriptions work?

MyDoser Premium unlocks the entire frequency library. It's available as a weekly ($8.99) or yearly ($79.99) auto-renewing subscription, billed to your Apple ID through the App Store. Prefer to pay once? A Lifetime Access one-time purchase ($199.99) is also available — it never renews and can be restored anytime.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage it anytime in your App Store settings — see "How do I cancel my subscription?" below.

How does the free daily frequency work?

One selected frequency can be claimed for free every day. When you claim it, you can listen to it for a 24-hour window. Your free claim becomes available again 24 hours after you claim it — so you can enjoy it daily, no subscription needed.

How does the Lifetime purchase work?

If you'd rather not subscribe, Lifetime Access is a one-time $199.99 purchase that unlocks the entire frequency library for good — nothing renews, nothing recurs.

Because it's a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID, it can be restored anytime via "Restore Purchases", including on a new device or after reinstalling.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled the app or got a new device and your Premium subscription isn't showing:

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
  2. Open MyDoser and tap Restore Purchases (in the Profile / paywall screen).

The Lifetime one-time purchase can be restored the same way. If your purchase still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.

Do I need headphones? What are binaural beats?

Binaural beats need stereo headphones. They work by playing a slightly different tone in each ear; your brain perceives the gentle "beat" between them. Without headphones, the effect is lost.

Solfeggio tones play the same frequency in both ears, so they sound lovely on speakers too — though headphones still give the most immersive experience.

Whatever you listen with, keep the volume at a comfortable, moderate level.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select MyDoser and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I request a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled directly by Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find your MyDoser purchase and choose "Request a refund".

Apple makes the final decision on refunds. If you run into trouble, email us — we can't issue Apple refunds ourselves, but we'll do our best to help.

How do I delete my data?

MyDoser requires no account and stores your preferences only on your device. To erase everything:

  • Use the "Delete my data" option inside the app; or
  • Simply delete the app from your device.
