1Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MyDoser — Frequency App mobile application ("MyDoser", the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyDoser on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
3Subscriptions — MyDoser Premium
MyDoser Premium unlocks the full frequency library and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you chose.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4Lifetime Access — One-Time Purchase
As an alternative to a subscription, you may purchase Lifetime Access for a one-time payment of $199.99. Please note:
- This is a one-time, non-renewing purchase — it is not a subscription and nothing renews or recurs.
- It unlocks the full frequency library for the lifetime of the App on devices signed in with your Apple ID.
- As a non-consumable purchase, it can be restored at any time via "Restore Purchases" in the App, including after reinstalling or switching devices.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
5Free Daily Frequency
MyDoser offers one designated frequency that can be claimed for free for a 24-hour listening window. The free claim renews 24 hours after each claim. The selection of the free frequency, the claim window, and the availability of this feature may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. The free daily frequency does not grant access to any other content.
6Medical Disclaimer — Please Read
MyDoser is intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. The frequencies, binaural beats, and tones in the App are provided to support rest, focus, and a sense of calm. They are not medical treatments.
- The App makes no medical claims of any kind and is not intended to diagnose any condition.
- The App is not a substitute for professional medical care, advice, or therapy. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions regarding a medical condition.
- If you have epilepsy, a history of seizures, or any hearing condition, consult a doctor before using the App.
- Listen at a reasonable volume. Prolonged listening at high volume may be uncomfortable or harmful to hearing.
- Do not use the App in situations requiring full attention, such as driving or operating machinery, if it may make you drowsy.
7Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content — including audio compositions, frequency presets, designs, graphics, text, logos, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not extract, redistribute, or publicly perform the App's audio content.
8Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the medical disclaimer, intellectual property, and governing law sections) will survive.
9Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in your place of residence.
